At TheRate BD ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের শর্তগুলো মেনে নিতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

প্রোডাক্ট প্রাইস এবং প্রোডাক্ট স্টক যেকোনো প্রোডাক্টের প্রাইস এবং প্রোডাক্টটি এভেইলেবল আছে কিনা তা পুরোপুরি নির্ভর করে প্রোডাক্টের স্টকের ওপর। যদি কোনো প্রোডাক্ট বা সার্ভিস এভেইলেবল না থাকে, তাহলে At TheRate BD যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আপনাকে জানাবে এবং সিমিলার বা অল্টারনেটিভ প্রোডাক্ট সাজেস্ট করবে অথবা এডভান্স পেমেন্ট করা থাকলে সেটা রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুযায়ী রিফান্ড করবে। আমাদের রিফান্ড পলিসি সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানতে Refund Policy সেকশন দেখে নিতে পারেন।
২। প্রোডাক্টস
আমাদের সকল প্রোডাক্ট At TheRate BD এর মাধ্যমে অনলাইনে এভেইলেবল রয়েছে। প্রোডাক্টগুলোর পরিমাণ সীমিত সংখ্যকও হতে পারে, তাই রিটার্ন এবং এক্সচেঞ্জ সুবিধা কেবল আমাদের Return Policy অনুযায়ী প্রসেস করা হবে।
৩। বিলিং এবং একাউন্ট ইনফরমেশন সঠিক প্রদান
আমাদের কাছে প্লেস করা আপনার যেকোনো অর্ডার আমরা প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার রাখি। যদি আপনি ভুল এড্রেস কিংবা ভুল নম্বর প্রদান করে থাকেন।
৪। ডিসকাউন্ট
কুপন কোড বা ডিসকাউন্ট অফার মূলত প্রোডাক্টের সাধারণ প্রাইসকে কমিয়ে দেয়। ডিসকাউন্ট কুপন, গিফট কার্ডের অর্ডার সফল হওয়ার পর সেটা আর রিফান্ড, রিটার্ন অথবা এক্সচেঞ্জ হবে না।
৫। তৃতীয় পক্ষের লিঙ্ক
At TheRate BD আপনার তথ্য কোন তৃতীয় পক্ষের কারো সাথে শেয়ার করে না। আপনাদের দেওয়া প্রত্যেকটি তথ্যা At TheRate BD খুবিই সতর্কতার সাথে সংরক্ষণ করে।
৬। ভুল তথ্য এবং ত্রুটি
যেকোনো প্রোডাক্টের বিস্তারিত, মূল্য, প্রমোশন, অফার বা প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি চার্জ কিংবা প্রোডাক্ট স্টক সম্পর্কিত তথ্য হতে পারে। পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই এধরনের ভুল ইনফরমেশন সংশোধন করার অধিকার At TheRate BD রাখে।
৭। অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল
At TheRate BD সব সময়ই অরিজিনাল এবং অথেনটিক প্রোডাক্ট বিক্রয় করে। যদি কোনো প্রোডাক্টের কোয়ালিটি চেক করার পর প্রোডাক্টে কোনো সমস্যা পাওয়া যায়, তাহলে At TheRate BD সেই অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করে দেয় অথবা রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুযায়ী রিফান্ড করে দেয়।
৮। নিষিদ্ধ ব্যবহার
নিম্নলিখিত কাজগুলো আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে নিষিদ্ধ:
(ক) অনৈতিক কাজে ব্যবহার করা।
(খ) অন্যদের পার্সোনাল ইনফরমেশন সংগ্রহ করা।

প্রোডাক্ট প্রাইস এবং প্রোডাক্ট স্টক যেকোনো প্রোডাক্টের প্রাইস এবং প্রোডাক্টটি এভেইলেবল আছে কিনা তা পুরোপুরি নির্ভর করে প্রোডাক্টের স্টকের ওপর। যদি কোনো প্রোডাক্ট বা সার্ভিস এভেইলেবল না থাকে, তাহলে At TheRate BD যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আপনাকে জানাবে এবং সিমিলার বা অল্টারনেটিভ প্রোডাক্ট সাজেস্ট করবে অথবা এডভান্স পেমেন্ট করা থাকলে সেটা রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুযায়ী রিফান্ড করবে। আমাদের রিফান্ড পলিসি সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানতে Refund Policy সেকশন দেখে নিতে পারেন।
২। প্রোডাক্টস

৪। ডিসকাউন্ট
কুপন কোড বা ডিসকাউন্ট অফার মূলত প্রোডাক্টের সাধারণ প্রাইসকে কমিয়ে দেয়। ডিসকাউন্ট কুপন, গিফট কার্ডের অর্ডার সফল হওয়ার পর সেটা আর রিফান্ড, রিটার্ন অথবা এক্সচেঞ্জ হবে না।
৫। তৃতীয় পক্ষের লিঙ্ক
At TheRate BD আপনার তথ্য কোন তৃতীয় পক্ষের কারো সাথে শেয়ার করে না। আপনাদের দেওয়া প্রত্যেকটি তথ্যা At TheRate BD খুবিই সতর্কতার সাথে সংরক্ষণ করে।

৭। অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল
At TheRate BD সব সময়ই অরিজিনাল এবং অথেনটিক প্রোডাক্ট বিক্রয় করে। যদি কোনো প্রোডাক্টের কোয়ালিটি চেক করার পর প্রোডাক্টে কোনো সমস্যা পাওয়া যায়, তাহলে At TheRate BD সেই অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করে দেয় অথবা রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুযায়ী রিফান্ড করে দেয়।
৮। নিষিদ্ধ ব্যবহার
নিম্নলিখিত কাজগুলো আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে নিষিদ্ধ:
